- CPF contribution details (Singapore drivers)

- Identity Card / NRIC (Front & Back)
- Road Tax certificate
- Log Card (vehicle logbook)
Vehicle Information
- Vehicle type (Motorcycle, Car, Van, Lorry, Bike)
- Vehicle make, model, and registration number
- Vehicle photos (Front, Back, Left, Right views)
Location Information
- Real-time GPS location during active deliveries (updates every 5 seconds)
- Background location for job matching when online
- Movement tracking with 10-meter precision
- Pickup and dropoff location history
Usage and Performance Data
- Job acceptance and completion rates
- Delivery times and routes
- Customer ratings (for tier qualification)
- Earnings and withdrawal history
- App usage patterns
3. How We Use Your Information
- Verify your identity and eligibility to drive
- Match you with delivery jobs based on location and vehicle type
- Provide real-time navigation and delivery tracking
- Process your earnings and withdrawals via bank transfer or PayNow
- Calculate CPF contributions (Singapore drivers)
- Determine your tier status (Troop, Warrior, Champion)
- Facilitate in-app chat with customers
- Send push notifications for job offers and updates
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal and tax requirements
4. Location Data Usage
- Show your availability to customers when you're online
- Match you with nearby delivery jobs
- Provide accurate ETAs to customers
- Track active deliveries for verification
- Calculate distance-based earnings
Location data is stored in Firebase during active deliveries and cleared upon job completion. You can go offline in the app to stop location sharing.
5. CPF Contributions (Singapore)
For Singapore-based drivers, we calculate and track CPF contributions:
- Minimum earnings threshold: S$500/month
- Worker contribution rate: 20%
- Company co-contribution rate: 20%
- FEDA (Fixed Expense Deduction) rates:
- Car/Van/Lorry: 60%
- Motorcycle: 35%
- Bicycle/On-foot: 20%

We may share your information with:

7. Data Security
We implement security measures including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- Firebase App Check with App Attest (iOS) and Play Integrity (Android)
- Encrypted storage for biometric credentials (device-only, not synced)
- OTP verification for phone number authentication
- Password requirements: 8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
- Secure file upload (10MB limit, supported: JPG, PNG, PDF)
8. Biometric Authentication
If you enable Face ID or Fingerprint login:
- Credentials are stored encrypted in your device's secure enclave/keychain
- Biometric data never leaves your device
- We do not have access to your biometric information
- You can disable this feature anytime in Settings
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access: View your data in Profile and Earnings sections
- Correction: Update your profile, vehicle, and bank details
- Location Control: Go offline to stop location sharing
- Notifications: Manage push notification preferences in Settings
- Deletion: Request account deletion in Settings (processed within 30 days)

12. Children's Privacy
Smart Move Driver is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Singapore residents have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Malaysia (PDPA)
