How do I create an account?

Download SmartMove from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". You can register using your phone number and create a password. You'll receive an OTP to verify your number.

How do I book a delivery?

From the home screen, tap "New Order". Add your pickup location, then add one or more drop-off locations. Select your preferred vehicle type, choose a delivery time, and confirm your booking.

How do I track my order?

Tap "Track Order" on the home screen to see all your active deliveries. You can view real-time driver location, estimated arrival time, and chat directly with your driver.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayNow. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How do I cancel an order?

Go to "Track Order", select the order you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Order". Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status.

How does the loyalty program work?

Earn points with every delivery! Points can be redeemed for vouchers and rewards. Higher tiers (Silver, Gold) unlock better discounts and point multipliers. Check the "Rewards" section in the app for details.

How do I restore my subscription?

If you've previously subscribed to Premium or Corporate, go to the Subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. For immediate assistance, contact us at enquiry@smart-move.co.

Technical Issues

The app is not loading or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for SmartMove. Go to Settings > Notifications > SmartMove and enable all notification types.

Location is not working

Make sure location services are enabled. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > SmartMove and select "While Using the App" or "Always".
